Is there a deposit?

Yes! All bookings require a nonrefundable, nonnegotiable deposit that will go towards the total balance. Deposits will only be refunded should your appointment be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances on my behalf.

Do you travel?

Yes, I do! All travel bookings require at least 2 people to be serviced. Travel bookings for 1 person will be charged an additional fee of $50 in addition to the travel fee. To book for travel please email me to discuss avaialbility and travel fees.

Where are you located? Is there parking?

I am located in DC Salon Suites - 969 Boston Post Rd West Haven, CT 06516! We share the same parking lot as Kidz Hair 2, just drive further into the lot and you will see the DC Salon Suites door to your left. You can in of the available parking spots.

What is your late policy?

All clients have a grace period of 10 minutes. Clients who are not seated within 11 minutes of their booking time will be charged a late fee of $10. After 20 minutes, the booking will be effectively canceled and be counted as a no show.

What are your policies on rescheduling, cancellations and no shows?

Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their booking one time using their confirmation email at least 24HRS prior to their scheduled booking time.To rescheulde a second time, you must book a new appointment requiring a new deposit. Cancellation: Clients may cancel 24HRS prior to your appointment using your confirmation email to avoid being charged 50% of your remaining balance. To cancel within 24HRS of your booking time, you must call or text me at 2033430829 and you will be charged 50% of the remaining balance. No Shows: Failure to properly cancel your booking will result in a no show. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service and will not be able to book with me again until it is paid.

Do I need to bring anything and how should I prepare for my appointment?

Please cleanse and exfoliate your skin the night and arrive with a clean and moisturized face, as this allows for the best ​and smoothest product application. I provide all of the products and tools necessary so you do not have to bring anything but yourself.

Can I bring a guest?

You may bring anyone who is getting serviced as well. Guests who are not being serviced are not permitted inside. I reserve the right to not service you for failure to abide by the guest policy.
